The best way to live out that real life is through trusting in God and developing solid relationships along the way. We believe we cannot function alone, and that is why we meet together and have small groups throughout the week. We believe in you, and that together we can change the world.

History and Overview

New Nation, Inc. was organized in 1985 under the direction of Susan Newton. Ms. Newton’s message to this generation is purpose and destiny. Ms. Newton has been a school mentor for the past 15 years. She has also worked closely with administrators, teachers and coaches to help encourage the youth toward a better future. New Nation is geared towards high school youth through early college aged young adults. The ministry has impacted the lives of youth across the Birmingham area for the past 20 years by sponsoring Bible clubs, after school programs, summer camps, teen retreats, school and city lock-ins. Currently, New Nation visits youth in the Juvenile Detention Center and schools located in the Birmingham school system. Ms. Newton also specializes in training workers and leaders to assist in this work. In 2007 New Nation expanded to Tulsa, OK through her son Timothy and daughter in law Nichole Newton. They are expanding the vision and ministry in Tulsa and all over the world.
